In Brief
The forester has excellent on and off road ability and
although the styling is more towards on road than
off-road the ground clearance is the same as the
Freelander. The non turbo model comes with a low range
gearbox for those off-road excursions and handles like a
car due to the Impreza based chassis.
The interior is roomy with plenty of refinement however
can be a little noisy on motorways. Overall a good value
car although not the best looking and a little thirsty
on fuel.
