We only provide a visual inspection and can not dismantle any parts. In many situations the experienced engineers will be able to tell you of any problems from the visual inspection, none invasive sampling, the sound of the engine and the test drive.

Should an inspection be cancelled by the seller of a car advertised on this site due to the car being listed as sold before the inspection appointment time has been booked we will issue a full refund.
In the event of cancellation by the customer who ordered the inspection, a charge of £20 will be retained. Should that cancellation take place within 24 hours of the time of the arranged inspection the amount retained will be increased to £30. The balance of your original payment will then be refunded to your credit card account.
